Horizon Scores (11/15/16)
The HL missed a chance to be perfect for the night.
YSU 98
Toledo 103 (OT)
Miami (OH) 87
Wright State 89
Canisius 64
Cleve State 67
As B&G said it will be interesting to play Wright State this season with a up-tempo offense and a familiar coach. Looking forward to Kampe facing off against Coach Nagy.

HL Score (11/17/16)
Valpo 54
Oregon 76
Played the Ducks much closer last year. I said before I'm not all that impressed or think they are some unbeatable force and the way they started this season just further cements that thought.

Pathetic showing by the Horizon last night. I kind of expected Mercy to crap the bed because simply put. They stink. Hopefully the league can rebound in a big way this evening.

This league could be historically bad this season, at least compared to itself in last 10-15 years.

Another solid night for the HL. Valpo getting a win over Alabama helps a lot. Wednesday should be entertaining with several key games. Mercy at New Hampshire, Valpo facing off against BYU at midnight in a rematch of last years NIT final four, and of course our guys facing off against Nevada soon afterwards.
HL Scores (11/21/16)
Wright State 109
Ohio Dominican 54
Valparaiso 68
Alabama 60
Green Bay 95
UMKC 77

Just watched an awesome college basketball game as #3 Indiana played a true road game at Fort Wayne (née IPFW) in the Memorial Coliseum. The Mastodons pulled out the major upset in overtime after two of their better players fouled out in regulation. Awesome scene in Fort Wayne tonight, and what a step for the Summit League program. Makes me bummed though how many chances we've had to have a similar moment against MSU...but this gives me hope!
The arena was sold out and definitely leaning toward IU but the Mastodon fans have come a long way since being outnumbered by Oakland fans during the Summit League days.

It was more than leaning towards IU. Like 3/4 full of red. Didn't matter to the Dons though. They played their tails off from start to finish and deserved the win.
