Robert Morris maybe? I remember hearing some talks about them not too long ago but it cooled off after a while.

It's official now Purdue Ft Wayne will be joining the Horizon League for 2020-21.

So since it will be another year before they are on board it's a possibility that the league is looking to get another team.
