There's no two ways about it, no excuse, no talking about injuries or fatigue, don't care if the opposing team is on a hot streak or wanted it more. Bottom line, have to find a way to win this weekend.

Seems like all the chips are on the table for the next two games. A couple of victories would go a long way to reestablishing the team we saw at the beginning of the year and setting things up for a legitimate tournament run. A couple of losses or a split, would simply reinforce the failures Oakland has seen since joining the HL. The real question is how Kampe will adjust should things begin to go south.
It should be noted that Oakland lost to Valpo MANY times before before cracking the code and shifting the series back in our favor. So, prolonged frustration over underachievement is not new.

Pretty brutal first half on both ends, zero energy. Maybe they can reverse what has happened the last couple games?

Ft Wayne seems to want it more in the first half And we open the 2nd half taking 4 bad shots and they make 2 3’s. No emotion shown. This is just sad to see. Looking better after the timeout which is at least good to see hopefully they can make a game out of this.

Almost seems like kampe has lost the team I wouldn’t say that but it’s just more of the same particularly on defense. You can talk about the great 3 point % as the announcers are but it’s because it is bad defense. Many of them are just uncontested. It’s been particularly bad 3 point defense the last 4 games, luckily detroit just went completely cold the 2nd half of the game.

Ok now the real question. Should we rest the starters Saturday? Will have to play Tuesday and (hopefully) Thursday. We aren’t going to be Top 4 what is the reason to even play them other than sparingly?

I liked their energy early on defense. They're getting their hands on the ball. They seem to be a team that can't handle adversity. When things don't go their way, I'm seeing heads going down, sagging shoulders, etc.
