Micah’s three sometime in the second half that lead to CSU timeout and Micah’s emotion after that was an all-time O’rena moment for me. I tend to enjoy stoic players — Joe Dumars and Barry Sanders were my favorite players growing up — and Micah has a little bit of that in him. I’ve seen Micah get a bit upset at foul calls, but generally his offensive and defensive play comes with a stoic approach. So that made it so much more noticeable to see him get so fired up there. He has been battling his tail off and really reaching a new offensive peak during this losing streak. That three and the emotional reaction was so cathartic—for him, his teammates, and at least this fan.
By the way, on a team that really struggled from three this year, Micah finishes HL play at 46.2% from three on 4.6 attempts per game.

Impressive win.
They slowed the game down - used a lot of shot clock, and got the win.
Hopefully this is the recipe for the tournament.
PS - still concerned about how many minutes some of these guys played...hoping Chris, Will and ENew get a few more minutes going forward...thought they did what they needed to do against the best team in our league.
