I guess not many teams could win against Antoine Davis having that good a night. I kind of feel sad that a guy who absolutely belongs in the conversation about the greatest Horizon League player of all time will end his college career a mere 2-9 against his team's cross-town rival.

Mercy played well and our shots just couldn’t seem to find the net 🤷♂️

Seeing Davis in person last night, it is hard to think of a better shooter in MBB. His job was made that much easier with the absence of Rocket. Probably would have been a different story if Oakland wasn’t so depleted. That being said, his gestures towards the crowd is nothing new. He’s done it every time at the O’Rena. Only difference this time is that he finally won.
After listening to Kampe’s post game comments, it is clear that Oakland has become like a marathon runner who just pulled their hamstring. The runner may finish, but is just limping along. Very unfortunate.
Too bad Davis received all the attention. Moore had an outstanding game and truly gave his all. Great player, even better person.

Brody Parker on Davis May have been the biggest mismatch I’ve seen in D1. Hell of a performance to him, no problem with the crowd antics that’s what makes a rivalry a rivalry. I’m not sure what to think with this team, can beat anyone or lose to anyone in this league. It’s all but done if they get the 6 seed I feel like with the depth issues. Even if they somehow make it to the semis and win I don’t know how you can trot them out on a back to back and hope to win. Same story different year it seems.

I thought Brody played Davis great. Not sure if he score on him except on FTs after he fouled him.

I agree the injuries are a pattern it's every year yes injuries happen I get it but something is going on here it's gotta be the 40 minutes a game for many guys so until we get a 9 man rotation things probably don't change

I'm not a doctor, but as the number of minutes a player plays increases, doesn't the risk for injury increase as well. As your body gets tired doesn't that make it more susceptible to injury? If so, then the coaches are putting these players and the season at risk
