He called the tournament and they said they would call him back in 20 min. His guess is they are going to call him back and tell him your right Kampe but we cant do anything but he said they should have taken a stop watch to it there is now way that he can take 2 or 3 steps shoot in .9 sec.

Does someone know Dave's number the tournament should be calling Kampe back and he may know the results of this. This is horrible that the guys have to end the season like this. I am outraged

WOW is all I can say...what else can OU do...I cant take any more of these heartbearkers. Motivation for next year...
What can Oakland do now? Is there anything? Can we protest to the NCAA? What if we win this protest?

I know Peoria is a small town but is there honestly not a camera or a monitor in the entire city? Talk about a dirty call. It is impossible to make the shot in that amount of time.

Hey OU fans, Bradley fan here.
I was at the game and saw the shot. The shooter, Chris Roberts (who gave himself a birthday present tonight), appeared to have barely traveled but it wasn't called, and they started the clock maybe .4-5 seconds late. I don't think the refs were going to call the traveling, because they wouldn't be looking to call a travel with .9 seconds left on the clock, since the chance of that shot falling was slim to none. The shot clock started late, but earlier in the season we were jobbed out of a call at the end of the game when the refs said a shot didn't count, but couldn't review it since it wasn't televiesed. Maybe karma for us? Hopefully it will come back around for you guys next year.
Great game overall, one that we did not deserve to win. the summit league has my respect after seeing Oakland and NDSU against Kansas in the tourney.

Not much you can do in a case like this. The refs for some reason called the shot good initially, and if the video replay wasn't definitive then there is no way to reverse the call on the floor. It absolutely sucks.
Kampe drew this up well down the stretch. JJ hit the game-winner, and it should have been game over. I would like to be a good sport and tip my cap to Bradley, but this was a cheap way for them to move on, getting bailed out by a miracle shot that shouldn't have been physically possible with less than 1 second left. Our guys executed well down the stretch and deserved this win. What else can you say? Season over.

Kampe just sat at the table shaking his head during the press conference. The fact that they missed the traveling call is one point but it is not humanly possible to take two or three steps and shoot a ball with .9 sec left. Why didn't the refs pull out a stop watch like they were supposed to when reviewing the shot? Its not like you need up close video to see when it exactly left his hand I am sure if you put it to a shot clock the .9 seconds would have been exhausted between his 1st and 2nd step how could you honestly review it and not overturn it what video evidence do you need?
