I think it would be an extreme disappointment if this team was unable to win the Summit league regular season and postseason tournament.
This team has all the parts but it needs to put them all together which I put a big amount of that in the coaches hands. We have a pretty deep team this year and a key part of this season will be the rotation that is in the game and how Kampe decides to manage the bench.
I agree with others that we need one big upset this year and two would be super. I also would say there is no excuse for us to not be within ten points of all of the big teams we play this year. If we are able to stay in these games I believe we will even gain more experience and hopefully learn how to close out games which Oakland has struggled with for years.
I am so excited about this year and really do have high expectations. I am also predicting Kito to be the Summit League player of the year.
I cant wait to be back in the O'rena and I hope the atmosphere is even better then last year. I would love to see some sell outs as we approach the Summit League regular season.
Is anyone planning on any road trips this year. I am thinking about going to the Kansas game around Thanksgiving. I have been to a Kansas game before and it was an unbelievable experience.

Just posted my Summit League predictions on my blog bit.ly/4quTqcAs far as expectations go this season, I think they are very high. Oakland has been predicted by everyone that I've seen to win the league. It's time they live up to those expectations.
