Very good atmosphere and a good game from everyone all around. Was good to see Valentine come out of his funk and hope to see more of it especially with another road trip approaching.

I only caught the 2nd half, but here is my take:
Very Impressed with Valentine tonight, he is well deserved of his minutes, and is maturing nicely on the court.
I liked the way we passed the ball tonight, looks like we are an unselfish team.
Once Eackles finds his shot, our guards can be DEADLY in the Summit, Hamilton, Wright, and Eackles are all crazy athletic.
We still had some bone head moments, but the team is definitely improving as the year goes on.
Benson, well he is Benson, nothing more to add. BTW did anyone else see that cheap shot that #44 put on Benson, on that 2 on 1 break, instead of going after Hamilton, the dude took at cheap shot at Benson, giving Hamilton an easy dunk.

I didn't see the cheap shot on the play ... I just thought #44 was so worried about a Hamilton lob to Benson for a gigantic dunk that he gave Hamilton a free pass to the basket ... what did #44 do?

Gave him a nice little shot with the elbow, right under the his face.

Does anyone have any inclination as to why Ledrick shoots the three as much as he does? He made only 14 all of last season for a 3-point field goal percentage of 24.1%. The one he made tonight was only his third of the whole season out of 21 attempts.
Is this by design or does he just have a quick trigger to launch threes?

I think it is more of a quick trigger and desire to score the ball. I remember in the Pitt game in the NCAA tourney he brought his A game. I like that he has confidence and believes he can make the shot, but I agree he misses very often. Maybe we haven't seem him find his stroke or he just needs to continue playing his aggressive, get in the paint style of play.

This may sound crazy since he went 19/11 last night, but I still felt Kito was sleepwalking a bit. If he had Reggie's enthusiasm, he could have dominated. Instead I felt like he was going through the motions, which on most nights (including last's), it was plenty enough.
I just want to see that spark from him where he goes 30/15.

I'm glad you agree, I was nervous to post that and thought maybe I was the only one. Even Kampe got a bit frustrated with him yesterday for his lack of hustle. He should absolutely dominate this league.
