Very well-written article, blackandgold. Excellent job.
As I read through your description of the Red Zone it brought to mind a question I've had for a long time - why does a school of 30,000+ not have a fan message board? To my knowledge, we don't even have any IUPUI fans that visit our (ORU) message board. It's really remarkable to me.
I guess you have to assume that, even though it's a large school in the heart of a basketball state, that there just aren't that many die-hard fans.

Well they do have on die-hard fan who runs their fan blog. So I posed the same question to him, and apparently it was just out of a lack of trying. I told him about proboards, and now IUPUI has a forum! Hopefully some people will migrate their from his fan blog, at the very least. Check it out: redzoneforum.proboards.com/
