I think Walker is thinking too much when he is on the court and it is obvious to me that he is afraid of making a mistake. Watching him lately I can't help but notice the first person he looks at after taking a shot whether he makes it or misses it is Kampe. It was even obvious from the press conference a few weeks ago that these two aren't really seeing eye to eye. My suggestion is to change up the lineup and bring Walker off the bench. Kampe needs to tell Martez to just concentrate on the defensive end and I truly believe his offense will come from that and when he can let go of being afraid of making all the wrong moves on offense.

It's crystal clear that neither our team nor MSU is very good right now.
Terry Foster's latest insider article paints a picture of an emotionally frustrated team ... Tuesday's post-game press conference bore that out.
I cling to the hope that the coaching staff and the guys will get their act together on this road trip to Wisconsin and set the stage for a February-March run. Surely, they're not as bad as they've looked the last two weeks in league play ... nor as good as they looked in those December games against Georgia, Washington and the Spartans.

Right now Martez is reminding me a LOT of Tommie McCune.
In the Washington game he had confidence and played great. Same with Tommie. When he was playing his A game, he was fluid, attacking, and confident, but when he wasn't playing with confidence, he was mechanical and looked like he was thinking about what to do a lot.
