I want to win the regular season. A win Friday night increases the teams chances a little. I agree to a certain extent that seeding isn't of great importance. You need to be playing your best ball around that time if you look to advance.

I want the #1 seed. I always want the #1 seed.
I hope we beat VU by 20+.

I want the #1 seed also. We don't have a men's basketball championship banner in the Horizon League yet. We need to have 1. Also, that would guarantee an NIT spot if we slip up at JLA. Which is traditionally the 2nd best postseason tournament.

Won't be able to make the big game tomorrow night but i'll be listening. Free t-shirts are my favorite so i'm jealous of all you going to be there. Also, via GoldenGrizzlies twitter, a "Major" and "Big" announcement will be made by Jeff Konya at halftime (If someone can keep me updated on that that would be great!) Hopefully our guys can lock up Peters like last outing and try to set the tone early. Let's try to repeat what we did last time.

and Sorolla (.003 blood alcohol) -what a lush! Oh, just caught this. I'd assume it was a typo but I've seen the false number used and corrected a couple times on the Valpo board (usually to try to excuse it away as "a couple sips") so I'm going to assume the use of the bad number is just intentional at this point. Sorolla blew a .03, not a .003. Still not close to legally drunk for legal consumers by any means, but ten times as much as that .003 and enough to be above Indiana's zero tolerance laws for minor consumption.

I'm excited to witness Kampe's 1000th tonight. I don't know how many have done it but I doubt there has been many who've coached 1000 at the same school. What a big accomplishment. Now if I know Kampe, he will not be happy about number 1000 unless it's a W. Maybe is this our special announcement at halftime?

Tonight its statement time. We have the athletes to contain Peters. We know how to beat this team and this game lacks no motivation. There is no Fernandez down low this year. I hear rumblings of how Smits and there other Sh*tty centers have developed over the last so many games. Well, our freshman center has been the horizon league player of the week since that time and he's healthy now. I expect the Brock show to be our x factor tonight in limiting these Valpoites. OU 82 Valpo 75. Le Goo

Game opened as a pickem' when I first looked this morning. Is now OU by 1.5. over/under: 147.5 For what it is worth I am now guessing that Adekoya will not be in uniform. Will Sorolla? Probably yes if Adekoya is not. Coaches are given and should have pretty broad discretion on the timing for these matters. .03 vs the reported .003 Who really gives a Sh*t? Neither is of any consequence in the grander scheme of things. As for the game outcome, who knows? Obviously it is slightly more important for Oakland but it isn't a deal breaker for either. Since this series was resurrected in 2010 I don't think I have ever not been surprised by what has happened on the floor. That is why I love to watch them. Good luck and I hope we meet again in March when it Really will mater.
