Oakland signed another junior college prospect today, Kevin Kangu, as announced on his Twitter: Kangu is a 6-3 shooting guard originally from Burlington, Ontario. The Canadian spent two years playing junior college in the States, first at Midland in Texas and then this last year at Vincennes in Indiana. This last year, his Vincennes team won the NJCAA tournament championship.
