Tough loss on what seemed like an off night for Trey. I get going to him for that last shot, but he missed how many at the basket throughout that game? Despite dropping these last two games, I'm still feeling pretty good long-term into season, I think.
That's back to back games now where at the end of the first half they've rushed for the 2-for-1, only to miss and the opponent to hit a three, leaving only a couple seconds for that last possession that ultimately came up empty. Doesn't seem like a worthy strategy when it's being preached it's best for this team to slow things down. Those threes were pretty big swings on each occasion. In the PFW game it came after Oakland really clawed back in. Coulda made it like a one or two point game if I recall but a rushed possession turned into a PFW three, quelling any momentum. Probably wouldn't have mattered in the long run for that one cause PFW just couldn't miss that entire game. But then the same thing happened in this game, which became a one-point loss. Taking time and drawing something up to get a good look at the end of the first half coulda been the difference.
Anyway, after attending the Walsh, PFW and Toledo games I'm probably done going to games this season lol.

100% agree about rushing for a 2-for-1. Without a true PG, it seems we've been forcing these the last two years.
I will say though that I thought getting Rocket back into the game in the second half sparked the team's second comeback. I wish his leash wasn't so short all the time.
