First up is Toledo who destroyed the Grizz last season and are currently 3-4 losing 3 straight after starting out the season 3-0. They will be coming into the O'Rena looking for a win and with the way opponents often shoot inside the "O" the Grizz better be ready to match the Rockets intensity otherwise they could be looking at a losing streak themselves.

Again this team doesn't make you confident they are different than other past Oakland teams should have won this one but got out playing a lot of the game hopefully they prove me wrong but seems like more same old Oakland

Was glad to see Lampman contribute the way he did. Encouraging to see.
That said very disappointing loss. Can't keep dropping games at home no matter the opponent.

Not sure what really happened on the last possession and why a timeout didn’t occur sooner. Seemed strange. Two evenly matched teams that played well sporadically and then had stretches of poor play. As a program, Oakland needs to find a way to win a greater percentage of these games against this kind of opponent and specifically, in tight games against any opponent. They come up on the short end far too many times.
Regarding attendance, I think most observers are in a wait and see approach to Oakland. As stated many times, the past 5+ years have not been strong. It will take consistent winning, even beyond this season, to get the attendance of earlier seasons. With the makeup and depth of the team now, Oakland has a chance to be part of the top tier of HL.

Want to fix attendance? It’s two easy things. Win more games. Stop charging $25 for a seat back seat and $20 for GA. Those tickets are wayyyyy too expensive for the product on the floor and what this is. Low-mid major college basketball. Charge $5 to $10 and just put some butts in seats. Need to build the fan base again and the current plan isn’t doing that.

I was impressed how the team came back twice...the flip side being they played so bad to fall behind twice.
I thought we got screwed at least twice in the second half where we stripped the ball to get a steal, but had a foul called instead.
And Trey *just* missed so many shots...
So all that considered, I think we'll be OK. As perfect as we played against Xavier, we didn't against PFW and Toledo.
