Goes without saying they are playing with their backs against the wall and will come out playing like it. Grizz have to meet that challenge and not fall behind big to start the game as they have done on a few occasions this season.

At the very beginning of the season I made the somewhat bolder prediction that this year's team could resemble the makeup and success similar to that of the 2016-2017 team that when on to win the Horizon League regular season championship but, ended up crashing and burning in the 1st round of the Horizon League tournament on a buzzer-beating upset against Youngstown State. As the season nears its conclusion and the more this team plays, the more I think that this comparison can be made between the two teams. Both teams are/were led by veteran players, but also had younger/newcomer players that play/played roles that are/were crucial to the success of both teams. The ability for this year's team to be able to go 9-10 players deep and have an expanded rotation is what sets this team apart from teams of the last several years and should hopefully help avoid fatigue when March rolls around. Establishing this as a recruiting philosophy this offseason and executing it to this level has been a tremendous success for Kampe and his coaching staff.

I don't care if anyone disagrees that's a bad loss should not have lost this game and Oakland looked outplayed in the it no excuse for dumb plays that gave away 7 points seems like this team can't close halfs or games hopefully they learn from this one but yikes and most importantly hopefully Blake is ok he looked to be in pain on that one foul and limping a bit getting up

Came out flat in OT. stupid flagrant foul by Blake. Hopefully, he's ok, though after his drive to the basket.
