It was an easy call for the refs. Was the right call.
My concern is they really played a good game statistically. Made their free throws (almost went another game perfect from the line for second game in a row) Blake was shooting it, Jack was shooting it, Townsend got beat to hell and scored it, they had a ton of second chance points, 20 offensive rebounds, won the rebound battle…
And lost.
I’m not really sure what you make of that.

What best them was themselves 2 really dumb plays by rocket and Blake that gave away 7 points kampe said it in the post game on YouTube it's a game they shoulda won hopefully no more games like this can't give away too many and win championships

This one stings the most of the conference losses cause they truly gave that one away, mostly due to veteran players making costly mistakes. Stinks. Saturday's game will be extremely telling.

Oakland played well, just not well enough to win. I guess you can only expect so much from 18-23 year olds in a hostile environment. The mistakes made by Rocket and Lampman are quite obvious. They will recover. What surprised me most was Oakland’s inability to get inside for quality shots. Probably the reason why they shot so many 3s. While the game resembled the GB game in many respects, it is clear that mental errors are the thin line between success and failure.
If only Trey’s second free throw dropped…
NKU and WSU are the class of the HL. Been that way for some time. At some point, you need to beat them and establish your identity. In college basketball, that means making your shots and minimizing mistakes. Oakland has made significant progress. Has it been enough this season?
