As we've discussed on numerous threads, the quality of Summit TV (which is run by JumpTV) has been terrible all year long - and, to make things worse, the audio for all the tourney games is not working. If you read the fan boards of other Summit teams, everyone is having the same problem (so the fault is not with our individual computers).
After sending numerous technical assistance requests/tickets and getting unhelpful answers, I called them (SummitTV-JumpTV) on the phone this morning and was told that they're aware of the audio problem and are still "working on it." When I asked if I could lodge a complaint, the customer service rep admitted that the most effective thing would be to contact the league to complain.
So: I would suggest that all of us who are unsatisfied with the Summit TV (JumpTV) service this year complain vociferously to the Summit League offices by phone and email. Tell them that the Summit TV service has been an embarrassment to the League, and that the league should pressure JumpTV to improve its service dramatically or risk losing the league's business.
