Transfer from Niagara?

Today I was playing basketball in the rec center with some friends and saw Illia shooting around with a player from Niagara.

The player had on a "Niagara Basketball" Shirt and had on the purple shorts with the leagues logo on it. No name on on the shirt.

He is pretty big...looked like a guard... and he was nailing the 3 left and right!

Any thoughts?
