Just picked up Athlon's hoops mag this afternoon and they have Oakland slated first and to represent the league in the NCAA's. They have J.J. slated as league player of the year.

Here are the rest of the rivals.com preseason rankings for teams in the Summit (as already mentioned, OU came in at 102).
102. Oakland 149. Oral Roberts 170. IUPUI 218. IPFW 224. South Dakota State 252. Southern Utah 254. North Dakota State 304. Centenary 311. Western Illinois 338. UMKC
It will be impossible for the Summit to move up the D-1 pecking order if the bottom half of the conference continues to be so weak. Is this what the "Summit Plan" was supposed to accomplish?

Yeah, your right Germane. That is a pretty horrid standing for this league and that is putting it very mildly.

Yeah the league is wack, we usually only have 2 good teams year in & year out, ORU, OU, IUPUI. OU needs to win the league & go the the tourney a few straight years, & move to the horizon.
