Why is it that we've never played in the BracketBuster? ORU & NDSU, & I believe IUPUI all have. There's no way we shouldn't be part of that thing, being seen on national tv??? Somebody give me a good reason why we aren't playing there?

Definitely. I could be off on this, but it looked like the Summit League purposely did not schedule league games on the weekend when Bracket Busters happens. In fact, I believe instead of the normal Thurdsay-Saturday routine, that week features Tuesday-Thursday league games. Maybe this was a move to ensure that SL teams could compete in BB that weekend.

ORU looks to be the only Summit team participating this year: espnbracketbusters.com/release92309.htmlThere are some advantages to the BB, like (limited) exposure and ensuring at least a return game with another mid-major, but it can also turn into a distraction for a team trying to win a conference title down the stretch.
