Had a perfect game going up to 2 outs in the ninth inning and at the 27th batter the jackass umpire called the Cleveland batter safe on a absolutely HORRID call. Seen the replay from 2 different angles and the guy was OUT. Leyland had every right to be livid. Great game by Armando and the Tigers nonetheless .

Haven't felt this robbed as a fan since The Bradley Shot.

Jim Joyce can apologize, he can beg MLB to change the ruling, and he can retire but nothing will change the fact. If the MLB changes the ruling somehow, it still takes away the thrill from Galarraga, the rest of the Tigers, and the fans. Joyce is a schlum/scrub.
P.S. Cabrera could have let Guillen field the ball and thrown the runner out, but either way it was a PERFECT GAME.

Cabrera could of let the ball go, but as a first baseman, your taught to get any ball that you can get, which he did. You can never assume the 2nd baseman will get the ball. It was perfect fundamental baseball. Either way, The tigers got Screwed (of course it would happen to us), hopefully MLB will change the ruling, because he deserves to be named with the other 20 pitchers that have pitched a perfect game.

Well, it looks like Bug Selig won't be changing the call (no surprise : but I was pleased to see Galarraga take it all in stride and it was very classy of the Tigers organization and team to give a classy applause to Armando and Jim Joyce at the game today. It will be a perfect game to everybody just unfortunately not in the record books.

I wouldn't be surprised when the next commish comes in, or in like 15 years they will change the ruling to a perfect game.

I think they will implement some type of replay rule by next season. Then after that they will reevaluate this game
