The online BTN feed finally came on. Looks like pretty good quality so far.

Great start from the Grizzlies, and Benson in particular, up 14-5 with 14 to go in the half.

Griz playing well but need to get the ball into Benson and force Johnson to play defense.

Well to be down by 4, 45-41, with Benson largely silent on offense (although boarding and defending well), is not so bad.
We need to come out of the half with the intensity we started with. We definitely could make a run at an upset tonight.

The last 3 halfs of basketball for the Grizzlies, the guards have been outstanding. Nice to see Will stepping up as well. We have to keep the game close throughout the 2nd half.

Purdue 45 Oakland 41 Halftime
Pretty good half. Guards are penetrating and getting looks. Bader looks good. Hudson got a few buckets. Defending Purdue really well in the half court, but giving up a lot of fast break points. Can we play a major school that doesn't go unconscious from the 3 point line?
Benson only has 3 points. We are not setting screens to get him open, and the few entry passes into the post are too far away leaving him 15 feet from the basket. Gotta find a way to get him going offensively in the 2nd half because Johnson is eating him up.

BTW, I am shocked that Purdue is not pressing us tonight after that display at Ohio.

70-60 Purdue with 9:40 left. Good timeout by the coaches. Can't let this one slip away.

Down 79-67 with just under 5 left. We need a run...

If the Grizz can make a run here, even if it falls short, it will help their confidence in the games ahead.
