gotta show some resiliency at some point. we get double digit leads now against two big ten teams and the minute they go on a run, we wilt.
getting a little tired of seeing the entire offense being run outside the 3 point line with no attempt to get Benson open for some looks.

I like the fight. Got down by 9 and things were spiraling out of control, its nice to see them not completely implode so far.

We will never, ever pull one of these upsets if we turn the ball over like this team does. You cannot pull a red line upset when you play this sloppy. There are too many factors against you.
I do love seeing this team not giving in at the end. If nothing else we didn't give in and allow this game to finish as a 17 point defeat.

I listened to part of the 2nd half, & it sucks that we lost, but in the end the final score was respectable. I watched ILL vs. Gonzaga the other day & ILL was up 20 at 1 point, in Seattle!
I'm happy to c some progress even in this young season. Losing by 24 @ WVU to losing by 15 & 11 to Purdue & ILL. I don't like playing as many BCS schools as we do, but if we can be competitive I can live w/ it.

OU alway has that "magic run" by the opposing team that completely kills all of their momentum. The three point play and then the back to back three pointers for the Illini completely killed us.
Great 1st half, bad 2nd half. Please OU, put together two decent halves and you will win.

We didnt play horrible, but we didnt play well.... Yet we still only lost by 11.
Keith Benson had a rough game, a stupid amount of travels and unforced turnovers. OU definitely COULD have made this a game, and honestly COULD have won by 11 themselves if they had brought their A game.
I definitely still think we have a shot against MSU, Tenn, OSU and UofM.

I dont know what the hell Hudson did in the off season, but he is VERY impressive.
I think we need to spread it out a bit with him and hudson down low and if hudson's man doubles, kito can dish.
we should destroy summit teams with these two in the front court.

Great 1st half, bad 2nd half. Please OU, put together two decent halves and you will win. Every competitive mid-major team goes through that run. It's that thing BCS teams do. You have to play 40 minutes of perfect basketball in these games. That's such a tall order. Just a little quick perspective: we all remember that Memphis game last year. This team fought back until the end tonight. Yeah, they made some mistakes that might have sealed the loss, but at the same time you have a future NBA point guard out there for Illinois. Tisdale, Davis, and Paul didn't do much at all. Richardson played good D as always and just knocked down threes. So that leaves you with McCamey killing us and another future NBAer Richmond who went out and got his when his team needed. Oakland competed with this team. Man, blackandgold, you gotta find some less ridiculous websites to host these files. Have you heard of Dropbox? Only 2GB for free but very reputable and we don't have to worry about getting a virus visiting these sites.
But thanks for the clip, I felt surprised but then not that surprised at what Kampe had to say.
