So we know that Lloyd Neely has given a verbal to Oakland, but where does the rest of the 2012 class stand? Before any potential transfers at the end of this season, Oakland will have two scholarship positions open on the roster after counting Neely. Neely is billed as an undersized power forward. Here are the players on Rivals that are listed as having offers or interest from Oakland: Bryn Forbes - 6-3 shooting guard - Sexton (Lansing)rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/basketball/recruiting/player-Bryn-Forbes-130176Said to have "high interest" in only Oakland and Cleveland State. Can OU beat an annually strong Horizon team for this prospect? Does is help that OU has two players on its roster from Sexton already? Tyler Corley - 5-10 point guard - Indianapolisrivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/basketball/recruiting/player-Tyler-Corley-113807Medium interest from four different mid-majors. Desmond Ridenour - 6-0 point guard - Clevelandrivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/basketball/recruiting/player-Desmond-Ridenour-120154A number of high-majors have shown interest in this player. Definitely seems like the staff is going after a point guard and other guards. Neely, Williams, Petros, and Sikora hopefully gives them a solid frontcourt for the future. Anyone else hear of other guys OU is looking at?

I think Bryn Forbes opted for Cleveland State.

I wonder if having Duke Mondy gives us any shot at getting his brother Marques Mondy. As of right now, he's not listing Oakland at all (and the brother thing didn't quite work out with Denzel Valentine or PLP), but you never know: www.umhoops.com/2010/10/08/2012-intro-wing-marquis-mondy/

I think Bryn Forbes opted for Cleveland State. Bummer. Cleveland State literally has a giant picture of screaming fans behind one of its baskets. A picture!!!! Hopefully there are some under-the-radar guys considering Oakland who will be at the O'rena on November 28th. We as fans gotta show these kids what they are missing!
