I am watching the game with a bunch of friends as well. As long as Oakland keeps the game close and within reach at all times, that will be a good opening game the season, even if the end result isn't in our favor. Watching BCS game after BCS game last year ending in a route was hard to watch and almost disheartening.

Can't wait for tip off. I love the RTC publicity, and it sums up the basic feeling most of us probably have: "We think Oakland can hang with West Virginia and possibly pull the upset." Tough game, for sure, but one we may be able to steal on their floor at this early point (as opposed to having to play them in December). Only a few more hours to wait....

I'm a little worried. The SDSU game was supposed to be on espn3 and it is not on espn3 or channelsurfing. OU is not listed under "upcoming events." Anyone know anything I don't?

Man at ESPN said he did not see any information indicating that this game would be on ESPN3.com tonight. Mentioned something about it's possible someone else bought the rights. Not sure how to interpret that. Anyway, currently the women's WVU game is on ESPN3.com so I am holding out hope that since the camera crews are already there (there is about 7 minutes left in this game) that it will just transition to the men's game. We'll see.

The game was listed there as upcoming.. earlier. It is back there in the events..I have it selected and it says your event is about to begin...keep looking it's there!!!
