wow that's crazy.... good finds Germane! That took a lot of courage to speak out against the abuse and it shows what kind of class act Becky really is. I have had the pleasure of talking to her on multiple occasions in the past and she has always treated me with respect and valued my opinion. Good for her and hopefully it will give the team something to rally around this season

Oakland does not support the women's program??? Home opener for Summit draws less than 400 and your forum has not referred to this program in a bit of time? Is it correct to think of Grizzlies as 1 sport school?

Men's basketball is King. But it is over break on a snowy night. I did not even get a Grizz Kidz email reminder which confirms the skeleton crew at the University right now.

The women's team is hurting right now with watterworth out (possibly for the year) and Olivia Nash out as well. Those two together next year should make them an early favorite. But to get to next year they have to endure this year.

And I don't think you can call OU a 1 sport school. The women soccer made it into the second round of the NCAA tourney this year with an upset of Ohio state. Men's soccer is a perennial top notch school. And truth be told, OU swimming is the top sport at OU. Just not as sexy as basketball.

Don't get me started on a rant about our under performing soccer programs, although it is hard to be mad at the women's team after a win in the NCAA tournament. I like what Pogue has to say. He has a very nice facility, pretty good fan support and some decent recruits. Time to raise expectations back to the Parson's era. Anything less than a NCAA tournament bid should be a disappointment.
Kudos the nationally ranked men's swim team though! I would love to see them stay in the Top 25 all season.

Watterworth takes a redshirt for the year. Sucks but I think there is some politics behind it. She's going to be back next year with these super talented freshman getting a year under them. They're poised to make a serious NCAA run.

What happened to the Minifee woman. Did not see her in the box score for the SDSU game She was big talent her freshman year.
